North Corner Ranch is a full-board facility nestled in Odessa, Florida. We feed Purina equine feeds as well as T/A hay. If your horse has special dietary needs, we can most likely accommodate. The horses are fed around 7a.m. and then turned out on 10 grassy acres until around 1p.m. and fed dinner around 4p.m. Time can be flexible due to weather and various seasons. There also is a night turn out for those horses with sweating issues. We are happy to feed your personally purchased hay as well as supplements in addition to our feed and hay.

For the safety of your horse and other horses, Negative Coggins is required annually. Vaccines and worming are not done on a regular rotation so you and your Vet will care for your horse specific needs. You may bring your own Vet and farrier as well as trainer on our property. We want you to feel like you have choices in your horse’s health care. Please be advised that you are responsible for your own Vet and farrier charges.

The barn atmosphere is relaxed. At times you may see deer, turkey and other birds at the farm. We like you to consider the farm your down time from your day-to-day activities. Many boarders will tell you that not only do they relax out there but also their horse has taken on a peaceful mindset. There is a picnic bench to relax at as well as a few benches in front of the barn.

The pastures have 3 or 4 board fencing or no climb for the protection of the horses. The gated entry ensures the safety of your horse. 24 hour camera security keeps our facility secure. The tack and feed room are centrally located in the middle of the barn. The tack room is air-conditioned in the summer time to help prevent mildew. There is a refrigerator for everyone to use. There is a lovely, clean bathroom for your convenience. There are 4 wash racks located at the end of the barn.

There is LED lighting in and outside the barn and fans in each stall as well as in the breezeway. If you have a trailer we have adequate space for you to park it. Stall doors are easy to move and easy to secure. Your horse’s name will be on the front of their stall. Feel free to place your tack trunk in front of your stall. We use pelleted bedding on top of rubber mats to maintain a healthy, clean stall.
